Sessions & Fees.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically take place weekly on the same day at the same time. Sessions take place remotely on Zoom.
The typical session costs £125. A range of concessionary rates is available for trainee counsellors, students (18+) and others depending on life circumstance; please contact me to discuss.
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute consultation before we begin working together. During this consultation, you will be able to share the main issues you are currently experiencing, and we will discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. This provides us an opportunity to explore what our therapeutic work will be, and what our therapeutic relationship may look like, if you choose to work with me.
We can work together either on an open-ended basis, or for a set period of time, depending on your particular needs and goals. We can discuss this during the initial consultation and can update this later on as needed.
All sessions are kept confidential, in accordance with the BACP ethical code and data protection and privacy laws.
