About me.

Born and raised in the United States, I spent several years working as a corporate lawyer in New York before relocating to the UK and training as a psychotherapist.  I also have experience teaching English as a foreign language, and working with refugees and asylum seekers in various voluntary capacities. I have lived in several countries around the world, and bring an open-minded, non-judgmental, and empathic perspective to each of my clients, regardless of background or life experience.

How I work.

I am integrative psychotherapist, which means that I can draw on a variety of therapeutic traditions — including psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) — in our work together. Working collaboratively with you, we are able to craft a therapeutic relationship that meets your individual needs, goals, and personality. I have a particular interest in existential therapy and in compassion-focused therapy, which are suitable for a wide variety of presenting issues.

Please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
